Berry Bliss Smoothie Bowl


- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- 1 ripe banana

- 1/2 cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, oat, etc.)

- 1 tablespoon nut butter (almond, peanut, or your choice)

- Toppings: sliced fresh fruits (banana, berries, kiwi), granola, chia seeds, shredded coconut, chopped nuts


1. In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, ripe banana, plant-based milk, and nut butter.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy. You might need to stop and scrape down the sides a couple of times.

3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

4. Arrange your favorite toppings on top of the smoothie.

5. Enjoy immediately with a spoon!
